How we can work together

1:1 Nutrition counseling
single sessions

We will meet for an in depth initial session to explore your current and historical relationship with food and body. This includes health history, family food dynamics, what and how you currently eat, self care, how we can work toward your goals together, and more. From there follow up sessions occur at a frequency that will best support you and work for your lifestyle.

1:1 Nutrition counseling
session package

If you think you’re ready to commit to this journey and want the consistency and weekly support, then purchasing a session package may be a good option and provide a cost benefit over single sessions.

Grocery, Cooking and
Meal support

Maybe you want to start to challenge your food rules but would benefit from the container of the session space to try challenge meals. Sometimes going to the grocery store can be stressful or overwhelming, and having a support person can help as you try shopping with a new mindset. These sessions are typically one on one but are individualized to meet your needs. This could look like planning a grocery list together and meeting up at the store for a supportive shopping trip, eating a meal together with space for support and processing, or even cooking a recipe together.

Nutrition or Eating Disorder consultation for organizations

Often organizations and facilities do not have access to a nutrition professional. Common needs include schools or mental health facilities, like substance use or trauma treatment, who commonly see eating disorders but are not equipped with resources to evaluate or support them. Similar organizations also often benefit from help with menu development and evaluation, and providing inclusive, non-diet and weight stigma free nutrition resources. Services may include nutrition assessment, resource development, training and speaking.
